I'm Nick, the owner and operator of Headwater Renovations & Woodworking. Bend is home and the surrounding mountains, streams and rivers that make it special. I came here over a decade ago now and couldn't live anywhere else. As a fly fisherman and creative person the natural world around me is what drew me here, inspires and keeps me here. ​

Not only do we live in a place full of headwaters from the Deschutes, Fall, Metolius and Crooked River. Headwater to me is the beginning of something, fresh, new, clean, unaltered, untouched. As a builder of furniture or homes and even to me personally, this holds meaning beyond our waters. It's a fresh start, a new chance, it's turning something insignificant into something powerful. Something that lasts. I care about these headwaters as I do the friends, family and clients I work with.

I grew up on job sites working for my family and other small companies, pushed the limits of what my landlord would allow as person in my 20's and remodeled my own homes as well as friends and families over the years. Building things that last, are beautiful and creating spaces that I personally WANT to be in has been a part of who I am since I was a kid. Although I don’t have decades of being a contractor under my belt - I’m taking that leap to make it official. If everyone keeps telling you you’re good at something, well maybe you should do that.
I’ve spent the last 20 years creating films, commercials and beautiful things in a different career. Managing clients and budgets from 10k to ten million. Being on time, on budget and on point is who I am and its how I’ll run this business.
